Job Description

We are seeking a

Senior Architect

with strong expertise in

building construction

to lead the design and execution of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will drive concept development, manage project teams, and ensure design excellence from planning to site completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design process from concept to construction for residential and commercial projects. Translate client needs into functional and aesthetic designs. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil consultants for seamless execution. Oversee site work, quality control, and compliance with regulations. Mentor junior architects and manage multiple projects. Represent the firm in client meetings and presentations.

Qualifications

B.Arch

(mandatory);

M.Arch/Urban Design/Construction Management

preferred. Minimum 4

years

of experience in architecture and construction. Strong leadership, design, and technical skills. Proficient in

AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp

, and visualization tools.

Preferred Skills

Experience with

green building certifications

(LEED/IGBC/GRIHA). Familiarity with

design-build

projects and 3D rendering tools (Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
