We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary

Senior Architect

with a strong background in

building construction

to lead the design and execution of high-quality architectural projects.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) -

Required

Master's Degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or Construction Management -

Preferred

Professional Experience:

Minimum 5-

7 years of post-qualification experience

in architecture, with a focus on building construction. Proven leadership in delivering end-to-end projects in the residential, commercial, or institutional sectors. Strong portfolio showcasing both design innovation and technical expertise.

Core Skills & Competencies:

Mastery of architectural design principles, construction methods, and detailing.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Familiarity with design-build or turnkey project delivery models. Proficiency in 3D rendering tools (Lumion, Enscape, Rhino, V-Ray). Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, and other visualization tools.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
