Job Description

Position Summary:

The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading the design development and coordination of residential, villa, and commercial construction projects under MyScaai Bharat Construction. The role focuses on conceptualizing, planning, and executing architectural designs that balance functionality, aesthetics, and cost efficiency while maintaining alignment with client requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from concept to execution for construction and interior projects. Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, BOQs, and detailed construction documents. Collaborate closely with structural engineers, MEP consultants, interior designers, and vendors to ensure design feasibility and integration. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design-related challenges, and ensure adherence to specifications. Coordinate with the sales and execution teams to interpret client requirements and translate them into design solutions. Present design concepts and material options to clients for approvals and feedback. Ensure all designs adhere to regulatory codes, building bye-laws, and sustainability practices. Manage a team of junior architects and designers to deliver high-quality outputs within project timelines. Maintain design documentation, drawing control systems, and version tracking for all projects. Support the marketing team with 3D renders, concept presentations, and visuals for client and promotional use.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong design visualization and detailing skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Photoshop. Excellent project coordination and communication skills. Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and design standards. Leadership ability to mentor junior architects and manage design deliverables. Attention to detail with the ability to balance aesthetics, function, and budget.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized university (COA registration mandatory).

Experience:

8-15 years of experience in architecture and design within the construction or real estate industry.

Preferred Sector:

Residential, villa, and turnkey construction projects.

Pay: ₹21,251.54 - ₹80,919.00 per month
