Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and creative

Senior Architect

to oversee the design, planning, and execution of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will lead architectural design, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive the successful completion of projects within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the conceptualization, design development, and execution of construction projects. Prepare, review, and finalize architectural drawings, plans, and specifications. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment of design and execution. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance at all stages. Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, safety standards, and company quality policies. Review and approve materials, finishes, and construction details. Mentor and guide junior architects, designers, and support teams. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for multiple ongoing projects. Provide innovative design solutions and value engineering to optimize cost and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Minimum 9

-15 years of experience

in architecture and construction (including site experience). Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software. Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience working with large-scale commercial/residential/industrial projects. Strong eye for design aesthetics and functional planning. Capability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with external stakeholders.

Pay: ₹22,430.12 - ₹100,000.00 per month
