About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Architect

to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will lead the architectural design process, oversee project execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the

planning, design, and execution

of residential, commercial, and mixed-use construction projects. Prepare and review

architectural drawings, 3D models, BOQs, and specifications

. Coordinate with

clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams

to ensure design intent is met. Ensure compliance with

building codes, regulations, and safety standards

. Conduct

site visits

to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to approved designs. Provide guidance and mentorship to

junior architects and designers

. Collaborate with interior design and structural teams for integrated project delivery. Manage

material selection, finishes, and sustainability considerations

. Ensure timely submission of drawings, approvals, and design revisions. Handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong project management skills.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

construction practices, building codes, and local regulations

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office

. Excellent

design, visualization, and detailing

skills. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Good communication, presentation, and client-handling skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's/Master's degree in

Architecture

from a recognized institution. Minimum

8-12 years of relevant experience

in architectural design & construction projects. COA registration preferred. Proven experience in handling

large-scale residential/commercial projects
