Role Requirements

- Senior Architect (Classical & Neoclassical Luxury Residential)

- Strong command over classical and neoclassical architecture

- Ability to translate luxury residential visions into detailed, scalable architectural solutions

- Advanced proficiency in spatial planning, facade development, and architectural detailing

- Expertise in technical drawings, construction documentation, and multi-disciplinary coordination

- Capability to collaborate effectively with structural, MEP, and site teams

- Leadership skills to guide, mentor, and instruct junior designers on technical standards

- Mandatory qualification: B.Arch

Skills Required

- Strong spatial planning and facade development capabilities

- Excellence in architectural detailing and high-quality working drawings

- Proficiency in coordinating with structural/MEP consultants

- Strong design communication and problem-solving ability

- Team leadership with the ability to oversee project progress independently

Key Responsibilities

- Lead high-end residential projects, ensuring the design intent is upheld from concept to execution

- Drive design development for luxury villas, mansions, and neoclassical residential typologies

- Prepare comprehensive working drawings and oversee technical accuracy across documentation

- Collaborate closely with structural and MEP teams throughout the project lifecycle

- Oversee project stages independently, ensuring quality, timelines, and aesthetic consistency

- Guide and instruct designers on technical drawing standards and project workflows

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
