Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Architect

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of buildings. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural principles, construction methods, and building codes, as well as the ability to translate client needs into functional, aesthetically pleasing designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs from concept through construction documentation. Meet with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structures. Create detailed drawings and renderings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals on project development. Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, zoning laws, and regulations. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure alignment with design specifications. Research materials and construction techniques to improve sustainability and efficiency. Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Licensed Architect (or working toward licensure). Proficient in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). Strong understanding of building systems, construction techniques, and materials. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Portfolio showcasing relevant projects and design capabilities.
