Job Description
Department: Operations Reporting To: Team Lead \xe2\x80\x93 Operations (A/R) Primary Objective: Handling accounts receivable and denial management for US healthcare providers Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the quality and production are met as per expectations
- Responsible for calling insurance companies in the US and following-up on outstanding accounts receivable
- Knowledge of HIPAA, Insurances and their Plans, Worker\xe2\x80\x99s Comp, No-Fault
- Good oral and written communication skills (English)
- Ability to multi-task
- Understanding of denials and denial reasons and obtain resolution from carriers
- Claim submission \xe2\x80\x93 Electronic, Paper or Direct Data Entry (DDE)
- Helping other team members to ramp-up their production, solve queries (if any)
