We are looking for a Principal SAP BASIS Support Specialist with more than 10 years of experience. In the SAP BASIS support and/or have experience with SAP BASIS projects (upgrades, migrations etc.) in diverse SAP landscape scenarios (On-premise, Hybrid, Cloud incl. RISE model...)
You will be responsible for managing various SAP landscape(s) consisting of modern SAP technologies (SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Business Objects etc.) with strong focus to delivery in the RISE model operational mode utilizing SAP Private and Public Cloud

• Administration and support of the complex SAP environment especially in the RISE model
• Management of day-to-day operational activities (e.g. Oracle/HANA DB administration, sw logistic, proactive monitoring etc.)
• Ensure systems' availability and performance
• Disaster recovery solution planning and implementation incl. performing of DR tests
• Providing technical assistance to end users and collaborating with other involved teams (e.g. SAP - hosting provider; SAP development, SAP application support, etc.)
• Resolve and update incident, problem and change ticket with relevant status and information - incl. analyzing root causes
• Participate on changes and projects estimations, design, configuration, implementation
• Later, to provide consultations to projects impacting supported services and business continuity projects (upgrades, migrations, deployments, patches etc.)
• Ensure SAP Security remains compliant with SAP best practices and our internal security.

As a Principal SAP BASIS Support Specialist, having SAP administration and have knowledge of SAP BASIS support and/or have experience with SAP BASIS projects (upgrades, migrations etc.) in diverse SAP landscape scenarios (OnPremise, Hybrid, Cloud incl. RISE model...) is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Business Objects etc will also be an integral part of this role.
You are a Principal SAP BASIS Support Specialist, aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of SAP BASIS projects (upgrades, migrations etc.) in diverse SAP landscape scenarios (OnPremise, Hybrid, Cloud incl. RISE model...) You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
