Senior Application Manager - Clinical Diagnostics
Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Application Manager to join our Hyderabad team. This hybrid role (Lab:
70%) offers an outstanding chance to develop and demonstrate coordinated workflow applications in clinical diagnosis. You will work by combining innovative technologies and products from several Thermo Fisher Scientific divisions. If you have over 12 years of proven experience in Clinical/BA-BE/Diagnostics and a Postgraduate degree or PhD with equivalent experience in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Pharmacy, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and showcase coordinated workflow applications in clinical diagnosis, addressing real-world challenges.
• Combine instruments, consumables, software, and automation solutions from CMD, SDG, and Digital Science groups.
• Conduct live workflow demonstrations and training sessions to support customer evaluation and adoption.
• Collaborate with global product and application teams to pilot and adapt workflows customized for India and APAC markets.

Requirements:

• Over 12 years of demonstrated experience in Clinical/BA-BE/Diagnostics (Thermo Instrumentation Knowledge preferable).
• Postgraduate or PhD in Chemistry (Analytical/Organic), Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or equivalent professional experience.
• Outstanding skills in cross-divisional workflow integration and customer-centric demonstrations.
• Ability to work with international teams to effectively apply and adapt workflows.
