The Opportunity

As a Senior Application Engineer, you will leverage your hands-on experience in developing microservices-based enterprise applications using Java. You will play a key role in building robust applications while collaborating with front-end developers and ensuring that high-quality standards are met throughout the development process.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Develop and maintain microservices-based enterprise applications using Java. Implement core Java concepts including Collections, Strings, Annotations, and Interfaces. Utilize frameworks such as Servlet, Spring JPA, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot effectively in application development. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate HTML/CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, and jQuery in application projects. Debug and troubleshoot software issues in Java versions 1.8 and above. Manage version control and code repository practices using tools like Git and SVN. Actively participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology processes. Communicate effectively within the team and contribute positively as a team player.

2 to 3 years of experience in application development. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE), Bachelor of Technology (B-Tech), or Master of Technology (M-Tech). Hands-on experience with microservices-based application development using Java. Proficient in core Java concepts including Collections, Strings, Annotations, and Interfaces. Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, and jQuery. Experience with frameworks like Spring MVC, Spring JPA, and Spring Boot. Knowledge of version control systems such as Git and SVN. Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology. Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
