Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media.
Conduct market research to assess customer needs and selling possibilities.
Drive sales through channel partners and individual service providers.
Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and concerns.
Promote Kluber Lubrication products by demonstrating their value to customers.
Interpret technical customer requirements and recommend suitable lubricant solutions.
Deliver tailored presentations on products and services.
Benchmark products against competitors and analyse market trends.
Negotiate and close deals; manage customer objections and complaints.
Maintain records of visits, opportunities, and reviews in the CRM system.
Collaborate with sales support and planning teams for stock forecasting and availability.
Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences.
Work closely with team members to enhance results.
Manage and grow customer accounts within the assigned territory.
Monitor industry trends and suggest product improvements or new offerings.
Collect and share customer feedback with internal teams.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Personal Attributes:
Strong communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi.
Sales-oriented with a technical mindset.
Skilled in relationship building, negotiation, and sales planning.
Demonstrates accountability, delegation, business acumen, and decision-making.
Effective in active listening and communication.
Basic understanding of HSE and Quality standards.
Qualifications
Essential:
Minimum 3 year of relevant sales experience.
Proficiency in English, Kannada and Hindi.
Engineering degree with full-time MBA.
Experience in channel partner sales.
Willingness to travel extensively across regions.
Desired:
BE/BTech in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
MBA in Marketing.
Experience in market research.
