Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage
cross-functional teams
in developing and commercializing new product applications from concept to launch. Act as the
technical bridge
between customers, architects, and internal stakeholders to align product features with application needs. Conduct
training sessions
for customers, applicators, and channel partners on correct product usage and installation techniques. Perform
material testing, application analysis, and competition benchmarking
to ensure product performance and innovation. Collaborate with external research institutes and testing labs to develop new specifications and ensure compliance with standards. Conduct
market and trend analysis
to identify emerging needs and generate opportunities for new product development. Provide
on-site technical support
across India, including field trials, troubleshooting, and application validation. Develop and maintain strong
technical engagement and relationships
with key accounts and partners. Support creation of
digital tools, training content, and technical documentation
to enhance customer experience.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong background in
material science, surface coatings, or related applications
(preferably in commercial cleaning or hygiene). Proficiency in
lab-based testing, failure mode analysis, and competition benchmarking
. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills across all stakeholder levels. Strong
business acumen
, project management, and multitasking ability. Good knowledge of the
building and construction industry
, especially glass and surface materials. Proficient in MS Office tools; willing to travel up to
