About the Role:

We are looking for a

Techno-Commercial Engineer with expertise in Cimatron CAM

to support our

manufacturing customers in Mold, die, and CNC machining domains

. The role combines

technical proficiency in CAM programming

with

commercial acumen

to drive solution adoption, support pre-sales, and deliver customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a

primary technical and commercial contact

for Cimatron CAM solutions.

Conduct

product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts

for prospective clients.

Prepare

techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and ROI justifications

.

Support the sales team by

identifying customer requirements

and proposing tailored CAM solutions.

Provide

application support and training

on Cimatron CAM for customer's post-purchase.

Work closely with technical and sales teams to ensure

customer satisfaction and project success

.

Stay updated with

industry trends in CAM, Mold & die, and CNC machining

.

Assist in

market research, competitor analysis, and strategy building

.

Participate in

negotiations

and help close business deals.

Build and maintain

long-term customer relationships

.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent). Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

3-5 years of experience

in CAM programming / CAD-CAM applications, preferably with

Cimatron CAM

. (

7 to 9 Years

of Experience for Diploma candidates)

Strong understanding of

Mold, die, and CNC machining processes

.

Hands-on experience in

toolpath creation, optimization, and post-processor handling

.

Excellent communication and

presentation skills

for customer interactions.

Ability to prepare and deliver

technical + financial proposals

.

Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

Preferred (Good to Have):

Experience in

pre-sales, technical support, or training

for CAD/CAM software.

Exposure to

manufacturing cost estimation, quotation preparation, and project handling

.

Knowledge of

other CAM tools

(e.g., Mastercam, NX CAM, Power Mill) for competitive positioning.

Willingness to

travel for customer visits, events, and technical support

.
