Job Description

About the role:

You will be part of the team responsible for the Human Resources applications\' portfolio.

As a Senior Application Engineer, you\'ll apply your knowledge of cloud technologies, integration\'s solutions and existing framework to bring the applications to the next level of services. You will participate in the implementation of new solutions as well as improve existing ones using innovative and practical approaches aligned with the governance standards and current methodologies.

Together with other team members, you will analyse the requirements, formalize the approach, document, and ensure end to end quality control of the implemented solutions. You will collaborate with different HR product teams working in different applications\' portfolio to implement and integrate solutions.

You will support the team in fixing incidents especially those requiring high-level expertise. You will help ensure that the applications are stable, secure, scalable, and resilient.

You have demonstrated abilities in implementing and integrating SaaS solutions with modern Cloud technologies.

Experience working in complex integration landscape with multiple interfaces based on different technologies.

Solid grasp of reusable object-oriented software design patterns and data structures.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Well-experienced in Agile SCRUM methodologies.

Used to work in a diverse multi-locational team of internal and external professionals.

TDD (Test Driven Development) is more than a concept for you.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English is required.
