Role Overview

We are seeking a

highly experienced Senior Application Developer

who will take

complete ownership

of the design, development, enhancement, security, and scalability of all

mission-critical in-house applications

.

This is a

hands-on role

. The candidate will be responsible not only for system architecture and leadership but also for

personally developing both large systems and small functional modules, features, fixes, and enhancements

as required.

Key Responsibilities

Take

end-to-end ownership

of architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance of all in-house applications

Individually develop and enhance both major systems and small modules

, utilities, reports, workflows, and integrations Build scalable, modular,

ERP-style applications

integrating all departments Design secure, normalized databases ensuring

high data integrity and performance

Implement

role-based access control (RBAC)

, audit trails, and activity logs Integrate

payment gateways, accounting systems, SMS, Email, WhatsApp APIs

, GPS, and maps Ensure

24x7 availability

for critical systems such as ambulance services and hospital operations Develop backend APIs and mobile applications for

real-time operational use

Handle

high-volume data

, analytics, MIS reports, and management dashboards Ensure

data privacy, donor confidentiality, and regulatory compliance

Plan and execute

data migration

from legacy or manual systems Establish

coding standards, documentation, SOPs, and best practices

Work directly with management on

IT roadmap and digital transformation strategy

Mentor junior developers and guide external vendors/consultants Take responsibility for

system security, backups, disaster recovery (DR), and uptime

Technical Expertise Required

Backend:

PHP / Python / Node.js (expert-level in at least one).

Frontend:

HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React / Angular preferred).

Mobile Development:

Android (Java/Kotlin) or Flutter.

Database:

MySQL / PostgreSQL with strong performance tuning skills. REST APIs, Webhooks, and third-party integrations. Payment gateways, notification services, GPS & map integrations. Git-based version control and CI/CD fundamentals. Experience managing

on-premise and hybrid infrastructure.

Strong Value-Add Skills

Ability to work with

minimal supervision and high accountability.

Strong understanding of

application security, encryption, and access control.

Proven experience supporting

mission-critical systems with zero downtime tolerance.

Capability to convert

operational pain points into technical solutions.

Excellent documentation, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.

Long-term ownership mindset

suitable for in-house product development.

10+ years of

hands-on software development experience.

Demonstrated success in delivering

complex, multi-module applications.

Comfortable working closely with

non-technical teams and senior leadership.

Willing and capable to

code personally--right from small modules to large systems.
