Job Summary: Athlos is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a Senior Apparel Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the development of our technical activewear products while incorporating a strong sense of aesthetics and design. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, and Marketing to ensure our product vision is executed to the highest standards. Interview Details: The interview will consist of 3 rounds including a written assignment. The written assignment will test your understanding of the brand, your design skills for activewear, and how you approach your design process. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of technical activewear products from ideation to production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop products that meet technical requirements, consumer needs, and brand aesthetics. Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new opportunities for product development. Develop detailed product specifications, technical drawings, and design prototypes to communicate design concepts to the team. Ensure products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and meet all technical requirements. Continuously evaluate and refine design processes and workflows to improve efficiency and product quality. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies related to activewear design. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Product Design, or related field. 3+ years of experience in apparel product design, with a focus on technical activewear. Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and technical product development experience. Experience working with overseas manufacturers and suppliers. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges. Passion for activewear design and a deep understanding of technical fabrics and manufacturing processes. Regards Team Athlos
