As a Senior React Native Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the core mobile applications that connect educators and parents through engaging and user-friendly interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and backend engineers, to deliver robust, maintainable, and high-performing apps. This role also involves performance tuning, debugging, and leveraging modern AI tools and analytics to enhance app quality and speed up development workflows.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize React Native applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to translate business requirements into efficient and scalable mobile solutions.
• Utilize AI-powered tools and modern IDEs (like Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) to enhance development speed and maintain code quality.
• Implement advanced mobile features, including media uploads, offline access, and push notifications.
• Optimize app performance by monitoring startup times, memory usage, and responsiveness.
• Ensure smooth app releases with rigorous testing, debugging, and continuous integration practices.
• Work with monitoring tools such as Sentry, Firebase, and Mixpanel to track app health, user behavior, and crash reports.
• Manage app store deployments, OTA updates, and maintain a strong release cycle for stability and performance.

• You are experienced in using monitoring and analytics platforms like Sentry, Firebase, and Mixpanel to deliver high-quality releases.
• You have a strong grasp of deployment processes, OTA updates, and best practices for App Store and Play Store releases.
