About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Android Application Developer with

4-8 years of strong experience in native app development using

Kotlin. The ideal candidate is not only technically sound but also

capable of driving features and applications end-to-end, engaging

with stakeholders, and leading technical efforts within a team. You

will be responsible for building scalable, maintainable, and high-

quality Android applications using clean architecture principles.

Key Responsibilities:

? Develop robust, scalable Android applications

using Kotlin and Android SDK.

? Lead end-to-end feature development, from requirement

analysis to release and maintenance.

? Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA,

and other developers to deliver seamless features.

? Drive and maintain clean architecture using Android

architecture components such as ViewModel, LiveData,

Room, Navigation, etc.

? Write and maintain unit tests and UI tests to ensure code

reliability and performance.

? Engage in stakeholder communication, translating business

requirements into technical deliverables.

? Participate in and lead code reviews, technical design

discussions, and sprint planning.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

? 4-8 years of hands-on experience in native Android

development using Kotlin.

? Proven ability to drive development efforts and lead

teams or features independently.

? Strong understanding and implementation of clean

architecture and Android architecture components.

? Solid experience in writing unit test cases (JUnit/Mockito)

and UI test cases (Espresso).

? Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional

stakeholder collaboration.

? Exposure to modern tools and libraries like Coroutines, Flow,

Dagger/Hilt etc.

Good-to-Have Skills:

? Hands-on experience or understanding of Jetpack Compose.

? Experience working with Bluetooth APIs and related device

communication.

? Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins,

GitHub Actions, Bitrise).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹232,557.98 - ₹1,227,788.94 per year
