About the Role
We are looking for Senior Android Developers who are passionate about building high-quality, scalable mobile products. In this role, you will take ownership of critical Android features, influence architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and scale high-performance Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
Own features end-to-end--from technical design and implementation to production release
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver cohesive solutions
Drive architectural decisions and establish Android engineering best practices
Implement modular, testable architectures using MVVM, Hilt, and clean architecture principles
Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and memory usage
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables
Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and iterative product development
Must-Have Skills & Experience
7-9 years of hands-on Android development experience
Strong expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, MVVM, and Android Architecture Components
Deep understanding of Android SDK, UI/UX best practices, and multi-device screen adaptation
Experience integrating REST APIs using Retrofit, OkHttp, and handling media via Glide / ExoPlayer
Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and unit / UI testing frameworks
Solid understanding of In-App Purchases, Google Billing API, and product flavors
Experience working in agile, fast-paced, product-driven environments
Nice-to-Have
Experience working with GraphQL APIs
Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools such as Adobe Analytics, RudderStack, or Applanga
Exposure to ADA / Accessibility compliance and inclusive design principles
Experience contributing to reusable UI components or internal Android libraries
