Senior Android Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Android Developer

to lead the design, development, and maintenance of our mobile applications. You'll be responsible for building scalable, user-centric Android apps while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design and development of advanced Android applications.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define technical requirements and architecture.

Optimize application performance, ensuring responsiveness and scalability.

Implement best practices in coding, architecture, and security.

Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and guide junior developers.

Manage app releases and updates on the Google Play Store.

Stay updated with emerging trends, frameworks, and technologies in the Android ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.

Deep understanding of

Android SDK

Jetpack components

Material Design

Experience with

MVVM

Clean Architecture

Expertise in working with

RESTful APIs

Retrofit

Room Database

.

Proficiency with

Firebase

Coroutines

Dependency Injection (Hilt/Dagger)

Hands-on experience with

version control (Git)

and CI/CD tools.

Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.

Experience publishing and maintaining apps on the

Google Play Store

Good to Have:Knowledge of Compose UI, Modularization, or Multi-module app architecture.

Familiarity with

Agile methodologies

Jira.

Experience integrating third-party SDKs and analytics tools.

Exposure to

cross-functional leadership

team management

Education:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
