Android Developer (3+ Years Experience)

Role Overview

We're looking for a passionate

Android Developer

with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our growing team. You'll work on end-to-end Android features from UI to API using the latest tools and frameworks to deliver high-quality, performant apps.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Android applications using

Kotlin

and

Jetpack Compose

Implement

MVVM / Clean Architecture

patterns for scalable, testable code Integrate with RESTful APIs and manage offline-first data flows Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to craft polished user experiences Optimize performance, memory usage, and network efficiency Participate in code reviews, testing, and release processes Stay current with the latest Android trends and libraries

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on Android development experience Strong knowledge of Kotlin, Coroutines, and Android Jetpack components Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and Material Design Experience with tools such as

Retrofit, Room, Coil/Glide, Hilt/Koin

Good command of Git and modern development workflows Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

Experience with AI-driven or multimedia apps Familiarity with Compose animations and custom views Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or similar)
