Position: Senior Android Developer Experience: 6+ Years Location: Ahmedabad Company Overview Uveaa is a leading software development firm specializing in creating innovative mobile and web applications for our own Products. We are seeking an experienced Senior Android Developer to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Android development, a passion for creating exceptional mobile experiences, and a proven track record of releasing successful apps to the store. As a Senior Android Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and reliable Android applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver best-in-class mobile solutions using the latest technologies such as Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. Responsibilities Lead the development of advanced applications for the Android platform using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and fix bottlenecks and fix bugs. Mentor and guide junior developers through code reviews and design discussions. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. Successfully release at least two applications to the Google Play Store. Be a proactive and constructive team player, contributing to agile meetings, and helping the team achieve its sprint goals. Requirements Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject. 6+ years of proven software development experience with Android. Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle. Strong knowledge of Kotlin and experience with Jetpack Compose. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services. Experience with releasing apps to the Google Play Store. Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices. Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning. Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of being a good team player. Salary :- 20k to 30k .
