Generate bills and invoices for customers accurately.
Handle cash, UPI, and card payments.
Maintain daily sales records and ensure proper documentation.
Assist customers with basic product information (lens types, solutions, accessories).
2. Packing & Order Processing
Pack contact lenses, solutions, and accessories as per order requirements.
Ensure correct product, power, and quantity before packing.
Maintain packaging quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Prepare online and offline orders for dispatch.
3. Inventory & Store Support
Check and maintain stock levels of lenses, solutions, and packing materials.
Assist in arranging and organizing store shelves.
Support in stock counting and updating inventory.
Coordinate with suppliers or store staff for stock replenishment.
4. General Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and order in the packing and billing area.
Follow store policies related to returns and exchanges.
Provide basic customer service support.
Report daily activities to the store manager.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum Graduate preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Excel).
Good communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
