Powershell & Oher scripting knowledge

Knowledge on monitoring and backup solutions
Knowledge of the System Center components
Basic knowledge in Networking Concepts
Basic AI understanding in mandatory
University Graduate degree (mandatory)
4-6 years' experience in Windows administration/Hyper V management/AD Infrastructure management/ System Administration / Entra ID management
Prior experience in managing Incidents and Service Requests in an IT infrastructure environment.
Being part of multiple national and international projects teams requiring adaptation to the infrastructure
Confident to interact with the IT Managers, Service Desks and Service Providers in the Region
Excellent command over written and spoken English (mandatory)
Sound MS Office knowledge
