Step into the role of Senior Analyst, where you'll take responsibility for client service and operational execution task. You must take responsibility for controlling risk and enhancing controls in connection to your job and areas of responsibility in accordance with rules and regulations. You must follow well defined procedures that may require a range of job routines and make judgement based on practice and previous experience.



You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role such as:

Trade settlements, day-to-day initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution. Managing complete Trade lifecycle with execution, clearance, settlement and resolution. Execute work requirements as identified in processes and procedures, collaborating with and impacting on the work of closely related teams. Check work of colleagues within team to meet internal and stakeholder requirements. Provide specialist advice and support pertaining to own work area. Support the management of the banks client relations to clearly identify their needs and provide a service that meets expectations. Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate Private Bank and Wealth Management processes. Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations for change in Private Bank and Wealth Management processes. Development and implementation of Private Bank and Wealth Management procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency. Development of reports and presentations on Private Bank and Wealth Management performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.

Desirable Skillsets:

Excellent communication skills. Equity, fund settlements, capital markets, investment banking and record keeping. Settlement's Process Knowledge - Pre-Matching, Fails Management & Reconciliation. Product Knowledge - Derivatives, Equities, Fixed Income & Mutual Funds.

This role is based out of Chennai.

Purpose of the role

To support PBWM with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, and issue resolution.

Accountabilities

Support with day-to-day Private Bank and Wealth Management initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, and issue resolution with regards to accounts, products and services. Support the management of the banks client relations to clearly identify their needs and provide a service that meets expectations. Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate Private Bank and Wealth Management processes. Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations for change in Private Bank and Wealth Management processes. Development and implementation of Private Bank and Wealth Management procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency. Development of reports and presentations on Private Bank and Wealth Management performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders. Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in Private Bank and Wealth Management Services. Participation in projects and initiatives to improve Private Bank and Wealth Management efficiency and effectiveness.
