Job overview and responsibilities

Senior Analyst - Technical Services

plays a key role in managing and reporting job orders, reviewing audits, and ensuring adherence to Tech OPS safety standards. This role demands strong analytical thinking, technical acumen, and cross-functional collaboration skills to support both India and US-based operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for process improvement, data analytics, and aviation engineering excellence.

Create, manage, and maintain

data bases for aircraft damage, cost calculations, quality escapes, Safety Risk matrix

Maintain and enhance the

Tech OPS Safety Standard design

and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.

Analyze operational data

and develop/maintain charts, tables, and dashboards to support data visualization and transformation, ensuring high data accuracy and availability.

Collaborate and communicate effectively

with

senior leadership teams

in both the US and India, including preparing and delivering presentations and performance updates.

Plan, prioritize, allocate resources, and report project status

to ensure timely completion of key deliverables. Drive

innovation and continuous improvement

through solution development, project justification, cost/benefit analysis, and implementation management.

Organize and manage priorities

efficiently to meet business goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree (B.E.)

in

Aeronautical / Aerospace Engineering

or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.

2-3 years

of experience in

engineering or technical services

, preferably in aviation or aerospace operations. Strong

communication

and

presentation

skills.

Fluency in English

(written and spoken). Must be able to undergo a

full background and criminal record check

as per company policy. Proficiency in

Power BI

and

Advanced Excel

for analytical reporting and performance tracking.

Preferred Qualifications:

AME Certification

(Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer). Working knowledge of

Aircraft Configuration

and related systems. Strong command of

MS Office tools

(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). * Experience working with

cross-functional and global teams

across regions.
