This position is responsible to plan & execute learning initiatives at EIIC. The person would bring in functional knowledge to sustain ongoing talent development programs and lend their functional expertise to enhance the impact, in collaboration with business. The role also includes facilitating internal training, and supporting regional projects on need basis. They will support talent manager & HR business partners in talent reviews, assessment, team building business initiatives etc.

Driving a culture of learning through development interventions to strengthen people capability
Ensure proper coordination & tracking to evaluate program effectiveness
Drive onboarding activites, manage monthly report-out, coordinate group level training requirements
Lead engagement events that strengthen EIIC's culture
Partner with Eaton University as a facilitator & EIIC focal
Contribute to program design, implementation, effectiveness measurement & continous improvement of development interventions
Support global & regional teams for projects on need basis"
Qualifications:
