The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst will support global initiatives spanning planning, sourcing, logistics, and supplier management. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of data analytics and forecasting tools, experience in heavy equipment or renewable energy supply chains, and a proven ability to collaborate across teams to deliver on-time and cost-effective results.

You'll be part of a fast-paced, innovative team supporting renewable energy and industrial manufacturing projects worldwide--leveraging analytics, automation, and strategic planning to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Operations

Manage supplier allocation data based on schedules, pricing, volume agreements, and inventory levels. Analyze and reconcile delivery schedules versus allocations in Anaplan or equivalent systems. Identify deviations between sales and purchase orders; provide exception reports and insights for planners and delivery managers. Support demand forecasting and inventory optimization initiatives, especially for long lead-time and capital-intensive components. Perform analysis of planned, shipped, and delivered orders for projects; identify and close operational gaps.

Analytics & Automation

Lead digitization and automation initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy and reduce manual effort. Develop KPI dashboards, cost-to-serve models, and supplier performance scorecards using Power BI and AI-driven tools. Manage data integrity and analytics for on-time delivery (OTD) and cost-of-goods-sold (COGS) dashboards. Automate supply-demand analytics to support shipment prioritization during international transloading. Conduct market, commodity, and logistics analysis to support sourcing and freight optimization strategies.

Supplier & Project Management

Evaluate vendor performance, Fleet Center operations, and logistics partners to ensure alignment with quality, cost, and delivery goals. Collaborate with procurement, planning, and operations teams to drive supplier accountability and continuous improvement. Issue proactive weekly project alerts highlighting delivery gaps, BOM variances, and schedule impacts. Support documentation and standardization through SOP development and Lean process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 4-6 years of experience in supply chain analytics, planning, or manufacturing environments. Strong analytical, forecasting, and project management skills with high attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle SCM, or similar). Experience with data visualization, process automation, and reporting tools. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and startup-like environment.

Preferred

Experience in solar, renewable energy, heavy equipment, semiconductor, or steel manufacturing industries. Exposure to Agile project management (JIRA, Confluence) and system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, S&OP processes, and cost-reduction initiatives. Demonstrated success using AI/ML tools or predictive analytics for supply chain forecasting.
