OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
As a MuleSoft Admin, you will be responsible for the management, configuration, and maintenance of the MuleSoft integration platform. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of integration services, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with development teams to deploy and monitor MuleSoft applications. You will play a key role in maintaining system integrity and performance.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance tasks such as: Performance monitoring and tuning; environment monitoring; Managing API assets: infrastructure, platform, accounts, logs, ESB components; Check server health; check automated log rotations and archiving status; check server logs; check server performance (uptime, performance logs, JVM heap logs, core server dumps, O/S event logs); check status on ports, scheduler, monitoring transactions.
Manage and configure MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and Collaborate with developers to deploy and maintain MuleSoft applications
MuleSoft Platform enhancements implementation, Incident Remediation, troubleshooting, corrective Action and Certificate renewals
Implement and enforce security best practices for MuleSoft environments
Create documentation of operational tasks, procedures & automated processes and provide support to delivery for technical issues.
Knowledge in CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge in ITSM (Incident/Change/Problem Management)
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Essential
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years experience in IT industry experience with 5+ years of relevant experience in MuleSoft Administration.
Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment using GIT and MuleSoft is expedient. Source code management using Github is high desirable.
Publishing and managing version on Exchange, leveraging API Gateway to apply policies and api governance.
Good understanding of REST, HTTP, MQ, JSON, XML, Postman requests.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
