Interview Process

Walk-in interviews at Bangalore plus Virtual Interviews for Outstation candidates. Selected out-station candidates would need to relocate to Bangalore at their own expense.
Key Requirements

Excellent spoken English communication skills Experience in Insurance / BFSI voice processes within an international BPO is highly preferred Working knowledge of the insurance industry is an advantage Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy Willingness to work US rotational shifts from office in Bangalore Immediate joiners will be given preference
