Senior Analyst - Quality (R2R Reconciliations) - 2+ Years - Pune
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Analyst specializing in Quality Assurance for Record-to-Report (R2R) Reconciliations. This role is an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence in accounting processes and ensure seamless reconciliations adhering to compliance standards.

Responsibilities * Manage and execute R2R reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards.

• Perform quality checks and provide insights to improve the efficiency and reliability of reconciliations.
• Analyse complex reconciliation issues and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare and review journal entries, monthly closing adjustments, and financial reporting deliverables.
• Continuously enhance the standard operating procedures for R2R reconciliations.
• Generate and review MIS reports along with providing data-driven insights.

Requirements * Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (relevant certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA will be an advantage).

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, R2R processes, and reconciliations in a shared services/BPO/Corporate domain.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and accounting software tools.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX, and financial compliance standards.
