Responsibilities . Experience in finance operations work with expertise in PTP / PTP related processes in a BPO/Shared Services environment . Identify Continuous Improvement opportunities for transitioning to Best-in-class stage . Identifying Process gaps & Automation opportunities . Exposure to SAP ERP environment is mandatory SAP in a multi country environment with Shared service exposure . Preferred background being manufacturing / service industry / Equipment provider . Required good knowledge on MS Excel. Knowledge on MS Access and Macros will be added advantage . Action and results-oriented, self-driven person with a high energy level, analytical and structured, quality focused and adaptable . Good communication (Verbal & Written) and Analytical skills . Interpersonal skills and Positive attitude . Commitment to quality work Additional Responsibilities: 1. We are not looking for Normal Operations profiles, we are looking for Digital transformation role. 2. Having Digital Transformation Experience along with Finance & Accounting (PTP or OTC or RTR) knowledge is must.
