What You Will Do

Build custom business applications using both Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and scalability requirements. Automate workflows and integrate systems using Power Automate. Create dashboards and reports using Power BI. Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Power Platform applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Support administration activities, requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), master data management, and training programs. Lead code reviews and apply design principles, coding standards, and best practices. Assist the Hardware-Software Testing team in test planning, defect resolution, and ensuring application quality.

What You will need:

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Desired)

Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline with 4-7 years of work experience. Strong hands-on experience in Power Apps development. Experience in Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Familiarity with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, or other data sources. Experience with software/hardware testing and documentation. Knowledge of the medical device industry is a plus. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or related technologies.
