What you will do
As Senior Analyst, Plan and Inventory Master Data Asset you will support critical global initiatives in plan and inventory and help establish a globally harmonized view of Plan and inventory data products.
You will analyze business needs, collaborate with business and IT partners to shape requirements, and enable a single view of plan and inventory data assets. You will work closely with the demand and supply planning teams across regions to harmonize and build a global data foundation for various plan use cases. You will work closely with global and regional inventory managers and process owners and provide the necessary data assets support for various initiatives in inventory optimization projects. You will manage the strategy for data cleansing, data profiling, data collection, and data harmonization. You will play a key role in data governance design for the Plan and inventory data assets, as well as drive overall change management and communications to cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Support all aspects of the Plan and Inventory data model, including governance process design, business requirements gathering, product backlog management, enhancement evaluation, and more
Participate hands-on in data collection and analysis, data cleansing, data profiling, and other activities to enable the roll-out of the global demand planning solution to all regions
Build relationships with partners to understand business needs and translate these into requirements
Recommend Plan Data Asset features and solutions considering priorities and tradeoffs, and help drive alignment among partners
Contribute to data design and sourcing decisions
Conduct risk and impact analysis; communicate the impact of changes to multiple downstream systems
Develop and analyze process and data flows, identify potential redundancies, overlaps in accountability, key decision points and report findings to senior leaders
Own documentation and continued maintenance of the Global Plan data assets.
Partner with Data Management and Data Quality teams to implement a robust data quality monitoring framework, aligned with global Plan Data standards
Participate in data governance activities, partnering with regional and functional teams to drive data quality
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
At least 6-8 years of business experience in master data, supply chain, operations, or multi-functional business environment.
Overall business understanding of Sales and shipments data, demand and supply planning processes and inventory management.
Experience working across multiple business functions, especially with Demand/Supply Planners, Inventory managers and various Plan global process owners.
Experience with SAP (especially S/4 Hana) and Planning systems like Anaplan, OMP, Kinaxis, SAP IBP
Advanced skills with SQLPlus Advanced Excel skills, and proficiency with PowerPoint
Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and change management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of data modelling- star schema, snowflake/databricks.
Ability to courageously challenge the status quo, influence, and inspire changes to business processes and systems
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to communicate effectively in business and technical terms with equal effectiveness
Curious mind with an ability to quickly learn new functions, technologies, and processes
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Professional certifications such as CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) or DGSP (Data Governance and Stewardship Professional)
Experience with Microsoft Cloud suite (e.g., Azure, Databricks)
Background in Agile methodologies, particularly experience as a Product Owner
