Job Summary


Ensure all processes are completed within the SLA TAT [PO / Invoice / S2B / Accounting entries] and improve the Cycle time on payment to vendors / employees are within the credit terms; On time Accounting entry; Accurate and real time update of the Tracker Manage all escalations with business functions within TAT [Country HR, Cost centre manager, GPS,R2R, R2P & P2P etc] Prepares monthly/weekly reports within the target timeline Ensure timely payments / recharges/ accruals Process steps / validation / service confirmation to be followed as per DOI Ensure Journal / CBR inputs sent to R2C Teams (Book management / CBR) before agreed timeline and monitor the status in tracker frequently Ensure representation of the team in all client calls wherever necessary. Collaboration with stakeholders (GPS teams, R2C, R2R, R2P and Country) Governance on pending payments and entries On time volume allocation to makers Completeness of tracker update Providing input for monthly business review meeting Monitor the aged invoices and ensure to clear the payments within payment term Providing monthly metrics and dashboard data on time Submit weekly MI data within agreed day
