Senior Analyst-Analytics & Insights - Marketing Excellence-Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
The team consists of professionals focused on market and competitive intelligence, thought leadership, solution development, knowledge management, strategic planning, and commercialization to produce high-value offerings that generate bottom-line benefits for clients and the organization. Professionals work closely with their UK counterparts to identify business development priorities and influence overall organization strategy besides supporting client-relationship-building activities. The group plays a key role in communicating and commercializing the organization's perspective to a broad audience around the world.
Work you'll do
As a part of the team, you will be responsible for:
Work with other members of the Marketing Excellence team to help marketers to define the most appropriate KPIs to measure their campaigns.
Advise marketers on tracking and where to access data to report on the performance of their campaigns.
Proactively developing in-depth understanding of marketing processes and tools (such as CRM, client touchpoints tracker, and cross-channel dashboard), including their applications and the broader business and marketing impact.
Guiding marketers on campaign data interpretation along with providing insights.
Identifying trends, patterns, through analysis of aggregated marketing data across different channels and sharing insights.
Leveraging AI appropriately to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
Using expert knowledge of analytics tools to enable access to data or suggest solutions, including dashboard tools, Jupiter, or Excel spreadsheets.
Providing measurement-related training to marketers and channel owners when required.
Collaborating with other specialists in the Marketing Excellence team on other business intelligence data and provide insights (e.g., reputation, sentiment, SEO, competitor audits) when required.
Managing project and reaching out to others in Clients and Markets where relevant, ensuring they are completed within agreed deadlines.
Supporting other Brand and Marketing measurement initiatives.

The team
Our Clients & Markets team provides exceptional client service and works to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. Our team members focus on what's possible and guide clients to opportunities while considering their business culture, organizational structure, resources and capabilities.
Qualifications Required:
4-6 years of experience in CMS, Campaign management, Digital marketing tools, reporting and CRM in a marketing environment.
Understanding of digital marketing tools and channels (SEO, SEM, SharePoint, CMS, social media, Paid Advertising) as well as the metrics and what insights can be drawn from the individually and when combined with other metrics.
Experience of using analytical tools (Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Google Analytics) and dashboarding tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
Experience in data visualization, data crunching and data analysing.
Understanding of data privacy relating to marketing data collection, usage and sharing.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across cultures and in a virtual environment.
Proactive approach to problem-solving.
High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
Open to sharing and receiving feedback.
Good client management and relationship building skills.
Clear written & oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of team to deliver value.
