JOB DESCRIPTION The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, with an ability to listen and comprehend information and share it with all the key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and concerns, if any. He/she must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards and superior service levels. The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus. Senior Analyst Role and Responsibilities: Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements, wireframes, and mockups. Develop responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance. Implement UI designs with a keen eye for aesthetics, usability, and overall user experience. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve interface designs. Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability. Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development and UI/UX design. Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development and deployment. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Contribute to improving and maintaining the organization\'s front-end development standards and best practices. Required knowledge and skills: Proven work experience as a Front-End Developer with a strong focus on UI/UX. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development. Experience with UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Ability to design UI interfaces using Figma or Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator. Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
