He/she must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards and superior service levels. The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus. Senior Analyst Roles and responsibilities: Manage content as outlined in the strategy for short-term and long-term marketing targets Collaborate content managers and team leads to develop and migrate site content, style and layout Create and publish content Edit and proofread provided content Manage content required for SEO Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic Align with editorial calendar and ensure deliverables are met as per the calendar Ensure compliance with all guidelines and best practices Stay up-to-date with industry trends and generate new ideas to effectively manage content Technical and Functional Skills: Bachelor\'s Degree with 2+ years of experience in Content Management and Publishing Proven work experience as a Content publisher Hands on experience with MS Office Working knowledge of at least one CMS [Contentful (preferred)/AEM/Sitecore/Wordpress/ Drupal] Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing Good written communication skills Attention to detail Good organizational and time-management skills ABOUT THE TEAM eClerx provides critical business operations services to over fifty global Fortune 500 clients, including some of the world\'s leading companies across financial services, cable & telecom, retail, fashion, media & entertainment, manufacturing, travel & leisure, software, and high-tech.
