Come join us in delivering better outcomes for our clients around the world!About the Department:Our Middle Office Client Services team supports trading, investment operations, and loan administration, ensuring accurate and timely settlement across complex financial instruments. The team collaborates closely with Traders, Portfolio Managers, Legal, Compliance, and external partners to maintain high operational standards. Joining this group offers exposure to sophisticated loan products, opportunities to improve processes, and the chance to build strong cross?functional relationships in a fast?paced environment.
*How You Will Add Value?

Core Responsibilities:

You will manage loan administration tasks such as trade processing and reconciliation.
You will support settlements for loan syndications, secondary trades, collateralized loan obligations, and restructures. You will review confirmations and legal documents for accurate leveraged?loan closings. You will oversee trade posting, allocations, and daily file generation. You will ensure accuracy in cash and securities settlement. You will manage daily cash reconciliations. You will monitor systems and resolve trade issues quickly.
Team & Collaboration:You will partner with Trustees, Loan Administrators, Legal, Tax, and Compliance on trade documentation and settlement matters. You will collaborate effectively with Traders and Portfolio Managers. You will work with Loan Servicing Analysts to manage portfolio credits. You will recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
*What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?

Experience, Education & Certifications:

3-5 years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
Background in leveraged loan and collateralized loan obligation operations. Experience with Wall Street Office Suite and ClearPar. Knowledge of loan reporting, payment distributions, and analytics.
Technical Skills:Advanced Excel skills. Power BI proficiency. Ability to develop and use macros.
Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem?solving ability. Clear and confident communication.

Work Shift Timings - 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST
