Role & responsibilities:

Conducting Pre Onboarding Documentation Check before releasing Offer & Releasing offers Manually and through Oracle System. Conducting Onboarding & Documentation Session the date of joining- Virtually & Physically. Complete Pre Onboarding & Onboarding formalities in Oracle system for new joiners Co-ordination required between candidates & the internal stakeholders. Maintaining & updating different HR-OPS reports. Closing of different requests raised by employee on internal portal. Flexible to stretch the working hours whenever needed to Conduct Onboarding sessions for new joiners or to extend offers. Complete onboarding formalities in Oracle system for new joiners. Carrying out different activities related to pre & post Onboarding. Query Resolution-HR Tool

Qualification and skills required:

Any Graduate / PG Ability to work independently yet remain an active member of a collaborative team Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities. Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions. (Excel) * Strong instructional design skills, including evaluation methodologies; experience with global design.
