Job Description

Knowledge of LT panels, UPS, HVAC, CCTV, Access control system, BMS System. o Coordinate & assist in routine breakdown & preventive maintenance of infrastructure & BMS equipments / activities o Facility upkeep & inventory management for electromechanical consumables o Day to day technical infrastructure operations which includes &/but is not limited to... o Coordinates and schedules small to mid-size projects and renovations. o Performs key role in the oversight of Electrical & HVAC maintenance and building operations (Facility upkeep, coordinate repairs & maintenance, UPS & PAC monitoring, Checking & monitoring CCTV and Access control system functionality, Data Center upkeep, Vendor & AMC Management, Documentation & reporting, Develop & carry out Preventive maintenance as per schedule) o Liaison with Building authorities, AMC vendors & other service providers to monitor and coordinate during outages & upkeep of Infrastructure Services o Good knowledge on MS excel, word, power point, Visio. o Good communication, interpersonal & people management skills o Should work independently and ensure smooth operations o Should be able to manage a team of BMS technicians & electrician o Assists with oversight of preventative maintenance program and recommends new preventive maintenance items. o Coordinates inspections to insure compliance with codes and safety regulations. o On-call for building emergencies. o Interacts with building occupants resolving day to day maintenance problems. o Coordinates security systems and/or safety programs. o Implementation of inventory system for equipment and supplies. o Should open to work in rotational shifts
