Build responsive user interfaces for case management, progress tracking, and agent dashboards
Create secure API endpoints for real-time case updates and third-party integrations
Database Development:
Design and optimize SQL Server database schemas for case management, agent assignments, and workflow tracking
Develop stored procedures for complex business logic including eligibility checks and priority calculations
Implement database triggers and constraints to maintain data integrity across workflow transitions
Create efficient queries for case retrieval, reporting, and performance monitoring
API Integration & Development:
Develop RESTful APIs for Publisher API integration and real-time case status updates
Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms for multi-tier access
Build API endpoints for mobile and desktop agent applications
Create integration points with FedEx's existing package tracking and customer management systems
Workflow Implementation:
Code business logic for automated case routing between Research, Checker, and Voice Agent tiers
Implement time-based processing rules (8:15 PM cutoffs, 30-minute auto-expiration logic)
Develop escalation mechanisms and priority-based case assignment algorithms
Build progress indicators and real-time status tracking functionality
Quality Assurance:
Write comprehensive unit tests and integration tests for all developed components
Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards documentation
Debug and resolve complex issues across the application stack
Support UAT activities and assist with production deployments
