Marketing Data Analyst-Performance & Insights (Growth Analytics) -Trading/Broking -4 Years -Mohali

Responsibilities * Develop and implement marketing-measurement strategies using MMM, attribution modelling, lift tests, and funnel analytics.

• Build automated analytics solutions using SQL, Python or R, integrating data from ad platforms and internal systems.
• Create interactive dashboards on Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for leadership insights.
• Leverage marketing APIs (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn) for data automation and campaign optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to provide actionable insights and influence spend decisions.

Requirements * 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, media measurement consulting, or BI roles.

• Proven expertise in incrementality testing, econometrics, attribution modelling, and A/B experimentation.
• Hands-on experience in SQL, Python or R for data modelling and analytics.
• Strong skills in data visualization tools - Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio.
• Working knowledge of Snowflake, BigQuery, Postgres, and experience integrating data via marketing APIs.
