Senior Analyst - Liquidity Operations and Reporting - 5+ Years - Gurgaon
Location - Gurgaon
Summary -
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Analyst with 5-10 years of experience in Liquidity Reporting within the Investment Banking domain. The role involves end-to-end management of liquidity metrics, regulatory reporting, and data analytics, ensuring compliance with global liquidity frameworks and supporting treasury, FP&A, and risk functions.

Responsibilities -

• Extract, validate, and analyze large dataset from financial systems ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
• Prepare and deliver liquidity reports (LCR, NSFR, ALMM, PRA110, FR 2052a) as per global and local regulatory requirements.
• Reconcile liquidity positions across multiple systems and business lines to produce detailed variance reports.
• Support daily, weekly, and monthly liquidity reporting for internal and senior management review.
• Analyze liquidity trends, funding sources, and balance sheet movements to identify exceptions.
• Assist in stress testing, scenario analysis, and forecasting of liquidity metrics.
• Support the implementation of new regulatory requirements and reporting templates.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Treasury, FP&A, Risk, and Reporting teams for funding transactions and contingency planning.

Requirements -

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics; MBA, CA, CPA, CFA, or FRM preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Liquidity Reporting or related functions in banking or financial services.
• Sound understanding of liquidity risk frameworks and Basel III liquidity standards.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks such as PRA, ECB, FED, MAS, HKMA, etc.
• Familiarity with financial tools like SAP, Oracle, Moody's Risk Authority, AxiomSL, OneSumX, QRM, etc.
• Working knowledge of SQL, VBA, and Python for data analysis preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
