Lease Admin - Analyst
Client Finance, JLL Business Service (Gurugram)

We can offer you an exciting role where you can use your learning in Lease Admin Process. When involved in the development of breakthrough products as part of our LaSalle Digital Experience (LDX) platform, you can encourage the team to adopt agile practices and continuous improvements. You will lead the execution of all business processes for building the product release plan and its expansion.
Mapping business requirements
This role is an upstream for Accounts receivable processes and Lease admin team member act as a mediator between Landlord and Tenant. An essential part of your role will involve in below activities within agreed timeline and accuracy

• Taking full ownership of the specific assigned client account on behalf of Landlord
• As part of JLL-Lease Admin team candidate will be responsible to generate monthly billing (Rental invoices) and share with Tenants
• Candidate will be responsible to carry all services related to Lease on behalf of landlord for example renewals, termination etc.
• Verifying and cross-checking content on the lease and other data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Liaising with internal and external contacts when required
• Auditing and reviewing system reports for accuracy.
• Ensuring that the agreed procedures and process flows are strictly adhered to.

Other required tasks may include:

• Assisting with report preparation
• Sourcing documents and portfolio information;
• Recording received documentation and information;
• Identifying queries, data gaps and missing information;
• Resolving queries in a timely manner;
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular reports.

Performance objectives
Being the LA Analyst, you have to ensure the required productivity and efficiency as per business requirement, Approaching the client and the deliverables with a best in class service provider attitude. Support the building of solid relationships with the client that are focused on the principles of partnership and resolving concerns with a result and win-win, Achieve 4 / 5 on survey or exceed requirement in client specific KPIs attitude, Actively participate in the development of best practices, Acting as a mentor and providing training and guidance when required to team members.

Flawless expertise
We're looking for a person with experience in the Lease Admin profile. It would be wonderful if you've worked on Microsoft package with strong organizational & Interpersonal skills, Flexibility/Adaptability with readiness to change & Receptive to new ideas, Should be able to deal with day to day stress and effectively manage self and other emotions, Persistent in efforts, practice care and caution in job at hand receptivity to new ideas projects.
Immaculate knowledge
On top of everything else, Graduation (Commerce / Finance Background) with equivalent work experience in Lease Admin . A minimum of 1-3 years' industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant. Accounting Knowledge is preferred and Strong attention to detail and good organizational, interpersonal skills required.
