Senior Analyst/ Lead - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Financial Services (US based) - 2+ Years - Gurgaon
Location - Gurgaon, India (Hybrid)

Responsibilities - * Develop financial models to forecast revenues, expenses, and profitability under various business and market scenarios.

• Analyse key financial metrics (NII, fees, trading income, etc.) and prepare detailed variance and profitability reports.
• Support capital and balance sheet planning including RWA, CET1, LCR, and NSFR calculations.
• Provide inputs for regulatory and management reporting such as CCAR/ICAAP, earnings calls, and board presentations.
• Prepare management dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams, business heads, and global finance control units to drive strategic insights.
• Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance FP&A efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements - * 5-10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) roles.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced qualifications like MBA, CA, CPA, CFA, or FRM preferred.
• Deep understanding of the FP&A process lifecycle and exposure to global banking or financial services.
• Proficiency in financial tools such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or TM1.
• Hands-on knowledge of automation and analytical tools like SQL, VBA, or Python (preferred).
• Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management.
