Adobe Workfront Certified Professional (mandatory)
Proven experience in Workfront implementation and solution architecture design
Strong background handling work management technology and operational automation. Experience rolling out new MarTech/OpsTech is a plus
Strong hands-on skills with Fusion (Workfront Fusion), REST APIs, ETL data management, and system configuration.
Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud and enterprise work management ecosystems
Knowledge of Salesforce, Jira, or Adobe Experience Manager and other enterprise point solution integrations
Responsibilities:
Implement and configure Adobe Workfront instances from scratch (admin setup, layout templates, custom forms, and resource management).
Design scalable workflow architecture and resolve bottleneck issues across the project/content lifecycle.
Lead API and Workfront Fusion integrations with native and third-party solutions.
Monitor system performance, provide technical support, and enable operational teams through governance and best practices.
Capture technical requirements and consult on platform enhancements and process optimization.
Support complex, multi-departmental workflows with automation best practices to improve speed-to-market.
Requirements:
5+ yrs. of relevant experience
Adobe Workfront Certified Professional (mandatory)
Proven experience in Workfront implementation and workflow architecture design
Strong background handling work management platforms. Experience rolling out new enterprise tools is a plus
Strong hands-on skills with Workfront Fusion, REST APIs, ETL data management, and system configuration.
Deep understanding of Adobe's ecosystem and how work management integrates with marketing/sales
Knowledge of Salesforce, Jira, or Microsoft Dynamics and other enterprise software integrations
Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies, resource planning, and data governance compliance.
Work timings:
4 pm to 1 am IST. Flexible on business-critical deliverables on need basis, to support during holidays or weekends
Strong analytical skills. Ability to build, analyze and report operational metrics (Utilization, Velocity, ROI)
Strong written and verbal communicator, highly articulate, makes arguments in a compelling manner
Comfortable working in a complex technical environment in a highly matrixed organization
Ability to summarize and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Experience driving projects from start-to-finish, even when faced with technical complexity.
Implement and configure Workfront environments (User management, SSO, complex reporting, and request queues).
Design scalable architecture and resolve integration sync issues across the enterprise lifecycle.
Lead Fusion scenarios and API-based automations for seamless data flow.
Monitor system health, provide technical support, and drive user adoption across the organization.
Capture technical requirements and consult on product enhancements.
Support operational excellence by applying automation to repetitive project management tasks.
Skills:
5 to 8 years in the Operations/Data Engineering domain
