Senior Analyst

Role Overview:

The Senior Analyst at CoPoint AI plays a key role in executing data projects and developing client solutions. With growing technical capabilities, Senior Analysts begin taking ownership of specific project components while expanding their expertise in Microsoft data technologies and AI driven software development and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

Analyze client data requirements and contribute to solution design Develop data models, reports, and dashboards using Microsoft technologies Implement AI-enhanced data analysis leveraging leading edge AI tools Configure and utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate solution delivery Build and fine-tune basic machine learning models for business insights Apply prompt engineering techniques for generative AI solutions Conduct detailed data analysis and present findings to project teams Take ownership of specific deliverables within larger project frameworks Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data solutions Begin mentoring junior team members and sharing technical knowledge Participate in client-facing activities with increasing independence

Qualifications:

1+ year of relevant experience in data analysis or consulting Proficiency with Microsoft data stack (SQL, Power BI, Azure) Experience with data cleansing, transformation, and visualization Working knowledge of Azure OpenAI Service or Cognitive Services Practical experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Azure AI Studio, AI Driven IDEs, etc.) Familiarity with machine learning concepts and model deployment Understanding of AI model evaluation and performance metrics Understanding of basic data modeling concepts Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
