Job Summary
As a part of our continued expansion, Targray requires the services of a Senior Analyst - International Taxation to join our Finance Team based at our India Office Gurgaon, Haryana.
Responsibilities
  • Preparing accounting information for US tax returns (federal and state), as well as Canadian and other international tax returns.
  • Assisting in the preparation of detailed tax returns and other cross-border tax compliance filings.
  • Performing technical research of taxation issues and preparing memos and position papers.
  • Understanding, analyzing and researching tax transactions.
  • Communicating with and assisting in dealings with various tax authorities.
  • Making recommendations and providing solutions from a tax standpoint.
  • Calculating property taxes and coordinating filings.
  • Other related duties as required or assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Commerce degree with a Major in Accounting.
  • Accounting designation: CA and US CPA are preferred.
  • Big 4 accounting firm tax experience is preferred.
  • Five years of US tax experience.
  • Must be fluent in English (spoken, written, and comprehension);
  • Microsoft Office experience with a solid working knowledge of Excel and MS Outlook.
  • Proficient in conducting comprehensive tax research and analysis to support compliance, planning, and advisory functions.
  • Very organized and detail oriented.
  • Very strong analytical skills.
  • Team player who can work with an international team.
